A sales development manager manages a team of sales representatives to generate leads, qualify prospects, and prepare them for sales conversations.
Requirement:
- Graduate is mandatory.
- Experience : 2 to 4 years of Any field Sales.
- Age : Minimum 24 Years, Max 38 Years.
- Local Candidate hire first.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor SDRs, and conduct performance reviews
- Set and track quotas, and monitor metrics like call volume and conversion rates
- Onboard new SDRs, and provide ongoing training
- Work with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and targeted campaigns
- Use data to identify trends, forecast challenges, and adjust strategies
