Job Description:
The Sales Development Manager in the Agency Channel plays a pivotal role in driving business growth within a designated area by recruiting, training, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet and exceed sales targets. This position focuses on empowering the team to build strong client relationships and deliver results, while constantly analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard skilled financial advisors to build a high-performing team.
  • Provide comprehensive training programs and ongoing mentorship to ensure agents are equipped to meet their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Track team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and necessary resources to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Support agents in reaching out to high-value customer segments and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is compulsory).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both for internal team interactions and external client engagements.
