Job Description
A sales development manager leads a team of sales development representatives to generate sales by nurturing leads and developing them into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Oversee the daily activities, performance, and motivation of the SDR team
- Provide ongoing training and coaching.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and submit sales reports
- Build strong relationships with marketing and sales departments
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 to 6 years of sales experience in sales.
- Knowledge of sales and Team Lead
- Age limit is 24-38
