Job Description
A Sales Development Manager oversees a team of Sales Development Representatives focusing on generating new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline by managing team performance, providing training, and developing strategies to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Set individual and team goals, and track performance against those goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to SDRs.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve targets.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Track and analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirement:
- Graduation is required.
- Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
- 3+ Year residential or Native.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.
