The Sales Development Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation and qualify opportunities for the sales team. They oversee outreach strategies, manage team performance, and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs.
- Oversee lead generation and qualification efforts (cold calls, emails, etc.).
- Manage pipeline and track SDR performance through KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for aligned strategies.
- Optimize sales development processes and CRM usage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
- 1-2 years of Sales experience.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
- Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
- Must Be A local Candidate.
