  • Job Summary:
    The Sales Development Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive lead generation and qualify opportunities for the sales team. They oversee outreach strategies, manage team performance, and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.

          Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs.
  • Oversee lead generation and qualification efforts (cold calls, emails, etc.).
  • Manage pipeline and track SDR performance through KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for aligned strategies.
  • Optimize sales development processes and CRM usage.

          Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
  • Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
  • Must Be A local Candidate.
