Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you’ll drive lead generation, qualify sales opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of SDRs to meet sales targets.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies.

Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.

Track performance and provide regular reporting on sales metrics.

Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs.

Requirements:
3-5 years of sales development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proven track record of driving team performance and sales growth.

Preferred:
B2B or SaaS experience.

Familiarity with sales development best practices.
