Job Description
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to lead our SDR team and accelerate top-of-funnel growth. You’ll coach, motivate, and scale a high-performing team focused on outbound and inbound lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Drive lead generation strategies and outreach campaigns
- Track performance metrics and optimize processes
- Coach SDRs to meet and exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to qualify leads.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of Field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-focused and self-motivated
- Graduation Is Mandatory.
- Age Criteria is 21 to 38.
