Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Development Manager to lead lead-generation efforts, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to build a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospects via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales outreach.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and sales teams.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
