Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Development Manager to lead lead-generation efforts, nurture prospects, and support the sales pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospects via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Nurture relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales outreach.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings between prospects and sales teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
