A Sales Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for building and leading a team of sales development representatives or field sales executives focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs or field sales reps.
- Identify high-potential markets or customer segments.
- Analyze reasons for lead drop-offs and strategize improvements.
- Standardize email templates, call scripts, and sales playbooks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
