Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage a network of agency partners
Drive revenue growth through agency channels
Provide sales training and support to agents
Track performance metrics and ensure partner engagement
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
