About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys meeting new people, mentoring others, and making an impact? As a Sales Development Manager , you’ll build your own team of insurance advisors and help them succeed while growing your own career with one of India’s trusted insurance brands.
What You’ll Do:
Find and onboard passionate insurance advisors
Train and guide your team to achieve their sales goals
Stay connected with your advisors through regular support and field visits
Grow business in your local area while building strong community connections
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of sales experience
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Comfortable with fieldwork and team building
Based in Mangalore
