Job Summary:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. Their role plays a strategic role in market research, lead generation, and nurturing prospects through early stages of the sales funnel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through outbound calls, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria before handing them over to the sales team.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects through CRM tools.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Develop insights to support sales campaigns and go-to-market plans.
- Identify target segments and tailor messaging accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
