Job Summary:

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales development representatives to generate and qualify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and support the overall sales strategy of the organization. This role requires leadership, coaching, and strategic insight to improve lead generation efforts and ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs to ensure consistent progress and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage prospects.
  • Continuously refine scripts, email templates, and outreach cadences based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to align pipeline goals with revenue objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve alignment and messaging.
  • Provide feedback from team to inform content, campaigns, and product improvements.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
