Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Sales Development Manager to lead the generation of high-quality leads, drive new business opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation activities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic campaigns.
- Build and manage a team of sales development executives or advisors to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into revenue-generating deals.
- Conduct training sessions, field support, and regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
