Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and goal-driven Sales Development Manager to generate qualified leads, manage a team of sales development representatives, and support the overall sales pipeline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives .
- Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, visits and online research.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to boost sales pipeline.
- Set up appointments and explain product features for the potential customer and sales team.
- Track and report lead conversion rates and team performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
