Job Title: Sales Development Manager
Location: Kota
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Manager to lead customer acquisition, drive revenue growth, and build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, client relationship management, and team handling (optional).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- Convert potential clients into customers through consultative selling.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Participate in marketing activities, promotional events, and field campaigns.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain client records through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the branch/area team to execute growth strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred.
- Experience: 1–4 years in direct/field sales (preferably in BFSI, insurance, or FMCG).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Age: 24–38 years
- Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
