Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to boost our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and supporting overall sales efforts. The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through research, outbound calls, and campaigns
Qualify incoming and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Work with marketing to streamline lead generation strategies and outreach
Track lead performance, analyze conversion data, and improve processes
Support and mentor junior sales team members when needed
Assist in building sales plans and exploring new business opportunities
Candidate Requirements:
Background in inside sales, outbound marketing, or B2B lead generation
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
