Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales Development Manager to lead lead-generation efforts, identify new business opportunities, and support the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
- Qualify leads and pass them to the senior sales team
- Develop and manage the sales and achieve the targets.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with potential clients
- Follow up and close leads
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
