Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business leads through market research and outreach.
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for closure.
- Help design and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Support and guide the sales team to improve performance.
- Track lead progress and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Explain products features to customer by understanding their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
