Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead the sales development team and drive lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for creating strategies, and supporting the sales process to help achieve revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales development strategies.
- Identify and target potential customers through research and outreach.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve results.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handover.
- Track and report on key metrics and sales status.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
