Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Manager to lead our sales growth efforts. You will manage the sales development team, generate new business opportunities, and help convert leads into customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales development team to generate qualified leads.
- Develop strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
- Track and report on sales development metrics and team performance.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
