Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our sales development team. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, optimizing the sales funnel, and supporting business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales Development Representatives
- Develop strategies to generate and qualify leads
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals
- Train, coach, and mentor team members
- Maintain sales data and ensure accurate reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
