Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead lead-generation efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will identify potential customers, build strong sales pipelines, and support the sales team in converting leads into clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and digital channels
- Identify key decision-makers and understand customer needs
- Schedule meetings and and explain product features to the customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support lead generation
- Track and report sales development metrics and progress
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
