Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily activities.
- Handle client questions, make quotations, and follow up until orders are closed.
- Coordinate with other departments to process orders on time and keep clients happy.
- Help schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and draft proposals.
- Track sales progress and share updates with management.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and events when needed.
- Maintain smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any stream).
- 2 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer support.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with problem-solving and client-first approach.
