Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in daily activities.
  • Handle client questions, make quotations, and follow up until orders are closed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to process orders on time and keep clients happy.
  • Help schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and draft proposals.
  • Track sales progress and share updates with management.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and events when needed.
  • Maintain smooth communication between clients and the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any stream).
  • 2 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer support.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with problem-solving and client-first approach.
