Summary:
A Sales Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for building and leading a team of sales development representatives, generating qualified leads, creating business opportunities, and ensuring sales growth.
Example Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents.
- Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Assign and monitor sales targets for the team.
- Support team members in client acquisition and relationship management.
- Report sales performance and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream).
- 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
