Job Description

Summary:

A Sales Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for building and leading a team of sales development representatives, generating qualified leads, creating business opportunities, and ensuring sales growth.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents.
  • Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Assign and monitor sales targets for the team.
  • Support team members in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Report sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
