– Position: Sales Development Manager

– CTC: Up to – 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Role Overview:

We are seeking a result-driven professional to develop and implement sales strategies, recruit and train sales teams, build client relationships, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.

Responsibilities:

– Create and implement sales strategies

– Lead and mentor sales advisors

– Maintain client satisfaction and retention

– Monitor market trends and adapt plans

– Report performance to management

Eligibility:

– Graduate degree; MBA advantageous

– Minimum 2 years of sales experience in sales and marketing

– Leadership and problem-solving skills

– Two-wheeler and a valid license required
