Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance. 

Key Roles:

• Find and contact potential customers.
• Explain products features and benefits
• Set up meetings or calls for the sales team.
• Maintain customer lists and update basic records.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
