Job Summary:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for developing sales strategies, improving sales processes, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales development plans
- Support and guide the sales team to improve performance
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Track sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with marketing and other teams
- Train and coach sales representatives
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
