About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales professional who loves building relationships and closing deals. This role is all about owning the sales cycle end-to-end, identifying growth opportunities, and helping the business scale revenue consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory
- 1+ Years of experience in sales or business development (B2B/B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
