Job Summary:
We are looking for an Sales Development Manager to handle sales activities remotely through calls, emails, and virtual meetings while ensuring consistent revenue generation. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers 
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales 
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions 
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems 
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups 

Qualification & Experience:   

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.    
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.    
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.    
  • Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.    
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
