Job Role: Sales Development Manager

Experience: 1+ Years in Sales

CTC: 2.15 to 3.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits

Location: Kota

Job Responsibilities:

  • Find new customers in your area
  • Meet customers and explain the companys products
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets
  • Generate new leads and convert prospects
  • Update customer details and sales records regularly
  • Work with internal teams for smooth service and order process
  • Share your work updates with your manager

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 1 to 4 years of field sales experience
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Ready to do fieldwork
  • Local market knowledge is a plus
