Job Description
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business through the Sales, building strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, support and develop insurance advisors’ team
- Achieve sales targets through field sales
- Generate leads and convert sales opportunities
- Assist advisors in customer meetings and closures
- Maintain strong customer and advisor relationships
- Ensure smooth onboarding and policy issuance
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Mandatory).
- 2+ years of any field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
