Sales Development Manager
We are hiring energetic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Sales Development Manager .
Job Role:
- Identify, recruit, and empower potential Financial Advisors to build a productive sales team
- Lead front-line sales activities by actively participating in fieldwork and market visits
- Inspire and mentor advisors through continuous coaching, training, and performance guidance
- Create strong customer engagement strategies to expand business opportunities in the local market
- Drive revenue growth by achieving team sales targets and maximizing advisor productivity
- Accompany advisors on client meetings to support conversions and strengthen relationships
- Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining long-term client relationships and retention
- Monitor team performance regularly and implement action plans for business improvement
- Maintain discipline, process adherence, and compliance as per company standards
- Act as a bridge between the company, advisors, and customers to ensure smooth business operation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Field Sales
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
- Candidate should be from the local area
