Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Development Manager (SDM) to recruit, train, and manage agents, and drive sales growth for life insurance products in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train agents on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct joint field calls to support team sales
  • Ensure active agent engagement and business tracking
  • Build strong customer relationships through advisors

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and sales ability
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field travel
