About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Development Manager to strengthen our Company. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and lead a team of independent advisors, helping them grow their business and achieve revenue targets. This is a fast-paced, field-focused role ideal for individuals who enjoy leading people, developing networks, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard capable professionals as independent Team.
Provide regular training, mentorship, and support to your team.
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business through the Local network.
Track Team performance and implement plans to improve results.
Plan promotional activities and community engagement to boost visibility and business.
Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or Field sales management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with fieldwork and team development.
A proven ability to meet or exceed targets is highly desirable.
