Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our sales development team and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales development leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve sales development goals.
– Develop and implement sales development strategies to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
– Set sales development goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Conduct sales performance analysis, provide coaching, training, and development opportunities.
– Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and conversion of qualified leads.
– Develop and maintain sales development processes, playbooks, and best practices.
– Manage sales development data, analytics, and reporting.
– Identify and mitigate sales risks, resolving customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
– 2+ years of core sales or business development or marketing experience.
– Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing or sales related field.
