• Monitor team performance, provide coaching and give feedback.

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
• 3+ years in native/residential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
