Job Description  
The Sales Development Officer  is responsible for increasing business in a specific area by recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled agents to achieve sales goals and drive success.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve their targets.
  • Identify and understand client requirement of office visit clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Build customer relationships that help generate future sales and repeat business

Qualification & Experience:  

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
  • Comfortable with fieldwork & managing multiple locations
  • Ability to explain and convince customers
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented and motivated
