The Sales Development Officer is responsible for increasing business in a specific area by recruiting, training, and managing a team of skilled agents to achieve sales goals and drive success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve their targets.
- Identify and understand client requirement of office visit clients
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Build customer relationships that help generate future sales and repeat business
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Good at team leadership, local market understanding & reporting
- Comfortable with fieldwork & managing multiple locations
- Ability to explain and convince customers
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented and motivated
