Job Description

Location: Sangli ,  Maharashtra
Job Type: On-Roll (Full-Time)
Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of high-performing insurance agents
  • Drive revenue growth through effective team management and agent productivity
  • Train and mentor new agents to ensure they are sales-ready and performance-driven
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the team and provide regular feedback
  • Achieve sales targets through active team engagement and territory planning
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent post-sales service

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Graduation in any stream – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (preferably in Insurance, BFSI, or Direct Sales)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passionate about sales, business development, and team growth
