Job Description 
We are hiring a Sales Development Officer to drive client acquisition and business growth. You will lead a network of advisors, develop winning sales strategies, and build lasting client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Support advisors in identifying and targeting high-potential clients
  • Guide team members through the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure
  • Create effective sales plans based on market analysis and customer needs

  • Ensure top-notch customer service for client retention

Qualification & Experience 

  • Graduation (Compulsory)
  • 2+ years of sales/marketing experience
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to design and implement sales strategies
  • Good understanding of local market trends
