Roles & Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and onboard agents in order to establish a robust local network.
Create and put into action plans to boost agent productivity and meet sales goals.
Agents can maximize their output by being mentored, guided, and given regular feedback.
To find growth prospects, keep an eye on competition activity and market trends.
Work with internal teams to make sure agents have the assistance they require.
Experience and Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree will do.
two or more years of business development or sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry.
demonstrated capacity to successfully lead teams and reach or beyond sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
