Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
– Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
– Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
– Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Candidates Requirements :
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
– Age : 24 to 40 years
