Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on supporting our sales efforts by identifying, researching, and qualifying leads to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and assess potential leads.
• Maintain an organized lead database and track all outreach activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and social media.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team to further engage qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
