Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Recruit, onboard, and train new agents, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
· Train, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve their sales targets.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with agencies to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
· Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
· Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by effectively prospecting and qualifying leads.
Requirements:
· 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Pharma, Telecom, Real Estate, etc.
· Solid understanding of policies and products.
· Leadership and team management skills
· Graduation
· Local Candidate with Own Bike
