Position: Sales Development Representative

Job Overview:

A Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting relationships with existing clients, and creating strategies to boost sales, expand, and explore unexplored markets.

Education: Any Graduate

Pay: On Roll

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales or marketing

Age: 21-38 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Close and negotiate agreements with partners and clients.

• Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to support business expansion.

• Provide a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and build long-lasting relationships.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to establish rapport and finalize agreements.

• Knowledge of sales tactics to increase revenue and sales.

• The ability to recognize new business opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs.

• The capacity to identify issues and come up with creative fixes
