Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

– The primary duty is to establish and maintain a high-performing network of Financial Consultants, helping them sell life insurance policies effectively.

– Upon completing the training, your goal will be to achieve sales targets by recruiting, training, managing, and motivating a team of financial consultants.

– Your performance will be assessed based on your success in building a robust and sustainable distribution network to achieve business targets.

Candidate prerequisite :

– A bachelor’s degree or graduation from any field is required.

– Experience : Two to three years or more, exclusively in insurance sales

– Age range : 25 to 38.
