Job Description

To supervise and motivate the sales team in , we are seeking an Innovative and outcome-focused Sales Development Manager.

Key responsibilities:

– Select, train, mentor, and encourage a results-oriented sales team to surpass performance expectations.

– Explore new markets and expand the agent network in untapped areas.

– Organize frequent training programs to enhance agents’ expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques.

– Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic alliances with agencies.

– Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts, and achieving targeted sales goals.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree compulsory

– 2+ years experience in field sales management

– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

– Two wheeler
