– Organize frequent training programs to enhance agents’ expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques.
– Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic alliances with agencies.
– Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts, and achieving targeted sales goals.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree compulsory
– 2+ years experience in field sales management
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
