Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities : 

Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.

Drive sales performance and meet business targets.

Monitor and support adviser activities to ensure productivity.

Expand market reach and enhance customer engagement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Candidate profile : 

Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Candidate must be a locality
