Sales Development Representative

Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Key Roles Responsibilities:

– Identify and onboard insurance agents/advisors. Graduation in any stream of studies.

– Developing your sales team through motivation .

– Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market .

– Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

– Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.

Job Specifications:

– Graduation in any stream of studies.

Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.

Age : 21-38 Year.

– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

– Two Wheeler Required.

– Must be Local.
