Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Guwahati
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
Qualifying Leads: Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine if they meet qualification criteria.
Sales Outreach: Conduct cold outreach and follow-up with prospects to schedule demos and meetings.
CRM Management: Track and maintain lead data in our CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Collaboration: Work with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
1-2 years of Sales experience.
Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
Must Be A local Candidate.
